Having been selected as a 2021 Lawyer of Distinction, Rosenfeld has been recognized by the organization for his distinctive performance in criminal defense law. As a California criminal defense attorney he has defended over 150 California criminal defense cases ranging from first-degree murder to driving under the influence (DUI defense); Rosenfeld also specializes in defending sex offenses. He has made both regional and national appearances in media as a criminal law commentator and assists law students preparing for the bar examination by sharing his knowledge of constitutional law. A graduate of American University, Rosenfeld is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. As an appeals lawyer he has been admitted to practice in the California Courts of Appeals, the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
