After almost one month in jail, ex-49er Dana Stubblefield has been released from the Sara Clara County Jail during the investigation of an alleged rape case. Attorney Ken Rosenfeld produced evidence that he believes proves the accuser lied about her past. This prompted the judge to reevaluate Stubblefield’s no-bail status and ultimately reinstated bail at $500,000, which Stubblefield posted over the weekend.
The case is due back in court in April.
