In an unusual step, Superior Court Judge Jacqueline Duong reversed Judge Paul R. Bernal’s no-bail ruling in ex-49er Dana Stubblefield’s rape case. Defense Attorneys Ken Rosenfeld and Allen Sawyer discovered a 15-second video of the 34-year-old woman, who prosecutors say is intellectually disabled, dancing in the nude on a porn website available to paying customers. The woman previously testified that Stubblefield forced her to have sex with him nearly three years ago when she visited his Morgan Hill home seeking babysitting work.
